LOS ANGELES, CA — February 23, 2026 — Los Angeles hard rock veterans Fear Not are set to unleash their new five-song EP, The Blind Leading The Blind, on March 20, 2026. The release will arrive as a joint effort from Roxx Records and Resurrection Records, marking another powerful chapter in the band’s long-running career.

Born out of the late-1980s Los Angeles rock scene, Fear Not have built their reputation around muscular guitar riffs, commanding vocals, memorable melodies, and a distinctive blend of hard rock and metal. With The Blind Leading The Blind, the band returns with a renewed sense of purpose, delivering a collection that sounds heavier, sharper, and more focused while retaining the character that has defined their music over the years.

Fear Not originally formed in 1987, initially recording and performing under the name Love Life. In 1992, the group evolved into Fear Not, establishing the lineup and musical identity that would become closely associated with their name. The band’s foundation has been shaped by Chris Howell, Gary Hanson, Larry Worley, and Rod Romero, whose combined musical background helped create Fear Not’s signature balance between accessible hard rock songwriting and a tougher metal edge.

The group now enters a new era with the addition of vocalist Eddie Green. Bringing a powerful and distinctive presence to the microphone, Green joins the established members to create a revitalized Fear Not lineup. The Blind Leading The Blind reflects that fresh energy, combining the band’s classic influences with a more contemporary production approach and a collection of songs that carry a direct and uncompromising message.

The new EP follows the band’s creative resurgence in recent years. Fear Not returned with the full-length album Fields Of Sorrow in 2022, followed by the Weight Of The World EP in 2025. Both releases demonstrated that the band still had plenty of fire left in them, reconnecting their classic hard rock and Southern-influenced metal roots with a modern sound.

With The Blind Leading The Blind, Fear Not continue that momentum while pushing their sound forward. The new material combines heavy guitars, strong melodic hooks, forceful vocals, and the Southern character that has become an important part of the band’s musical identity. Rather than simply looking back at their history, Fear Not use their experience as a foundation for a release that feels immediate, aggressive, and relevant.

Alongside the EP announcement, the band has revealed its striking new cover artwork, created by Eddie Green and Scott Waters. Fear Not have also premiered the title track, giving listeners the first opportunity to hear what the new release has in store.
