The songs are concise, but they still carry that unmistakable FUEL mix of weight and melancholy — riffs that land hard, choruses that open wide, and enough grit underneath to keep the polish from feeling too clean.

One of the biggest surprises is “Hotel California”, which tackles the Eagles classic without trying to sand away FUEL’s own identity. “Walk Away”, “Enemy” and “Innocent” keep the middle of the album moving with muscular guitars and strong vocal hooks, while “Blame” and “Everything” bring a little more emotional weight into the back half.

“For You” closes the record on a more reflective note, giving “Pendulum” an ending that feels less like a grand finale and more like the last light going out in an empty room.

There is no desperate reinvention here, and there does not need to be. “Pendulum” works because FUEL understand exactly where their strengths are: melody, tension, big choruses and guitars with just enough dirt under the fingernails.

Country: US
Label: Moon Chair Media
Genre: Alternative Rock / Post-Grunge / Hard Rock
Release date: October 30, 2026
Format: Digital / Hi-Res
Hi-Res: 24-bit / 48 kHz
Total time: 33:49

Tracklist:
01 – Want It (3:16)
02 – Pull Me In (2:38)
03 – Bad at Love (2:26)
04 – Hotel California (5:17)
05 – Walk Away (2:46)
06 – Enemy (3:34)
07 – Innocent (3:34)
08 – Blame (3:13)
09 – Everything (4:01)
10 – For You (3:04)

Carl Bell – Vocals, Guitar, Keyboards, Producer
Aaron Scott – Vocals, Guitar, Keyboards, Co-Producer
Kevin Miller – Drums
Mark Klotz – Guitar, Vocals
Tommy Nat – Bass

Co-produced and engineered by Dan Malsch
Mixed by Joel Wanasek
Mastered by Maor Appelbaum

turbo

FUEL return with “Pendulum”, their seventh studio album and a sharp reminder that the band’s post-grunge engine still has plenty of fuel left in the tank.
